Coaching Services

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.

Once a coaching session has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Coaching is a time-based, energy-based service, and your purchase reserves time, preparation, and availability that cannot be recovered once delivered.

Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are offered at a discounted rate and are intended to be used in full.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions in a package.
Packages may not be canceled for a refund once purchased.

If you are unable to continue with your package, you may request one of the following options:

Transfer the remaining value to another service (such as a course or digital offering), or
Transfer the remaining sessions to another individual, subject to approval

All transfers must be requested in writing and approved before use. Transferred value has no cash value and may not be redeemed for a refund.

Rescheduling

Sessions must be rescheduled with reasonable notice as outlined in the booking policy. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited.

Digital Products and Courses

All digital products, downloads, and courses are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of extreme hardship, exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion. Approval of an exception does not set a precedent for future cases.
