Cancellation Policy
Booking & Session Policies By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Appointments are not confirmed without payment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Late Policy Please arrive on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, out of respect for all clients. Additional time cannot be added. Student Responsibility Results vary and are not guaranteed. You agree to practice between sessions to better retain information and skills learned during lessons. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
